Each space will provide the tenant with enough to park their tiny home, a small outdoor shed, parking for 2 cars and a small fenced area for pets or gardening. Their goal is to create a community with outdoor movies, walking trails, community barbecues, kennels, laundry facilities and an amenity center. Marc will reserve a space for $150.00 which is the deposit required.

The Primitive Option is for those who do not need electrical or sewage hook ups. There is a community location to refill your water storage tanks. Includes
