Nostalgia Cottage
I am less than one week away from delivery of my new cabin ! . I am adding a few pictures that Dave just sent me. It is almost complete. The top window will have a stained glassed window that Dave will be adding, made by his wife, Cheryl.
The very last picture shows the utility shed that will house the propane tanks. The door has to be added. It has the same cedar siding and the same roofing material.
My Cabin Is Rented
A very adventurous woman has rented my cabin and is moving across country from Pa. I love people who take the leap when life presents something special. Tiny homes are such a great investment as a rental property because of the incredible interest and press on the subject. It was easy to insure and because it was tenant occupied, it cost a little more, but I got a homeowner’s policy for $605.00 a year. Christine Sullivan helped me.
