Caretaker Wanted For Property In Marlin, Washington
Caretaker wanted by April 15th, 2017. Please note, this is care-taking a property, not a caregiver position. Please disregard any old posts, things have changed and would not be relevant. I am looking for very specific skills and qualities in the person I choose. I prefer one person, but would be open to a couple. Looking for someone really long term, not interested in doing the search every year or season. Hoping to find someone who either has their own tiny home or would be willing to live in a brand new RV. If you have your own tiny home, it must have insurance, including liability. I have great insurance sources to share. If you brought your own tiny home, I could possibly accommodate you coming earlier.
Far From The Maddening Crowds
Marlin is in a unique location with a population of only 50 people. It is in a little valley surrounded by 1000’s of acres of wheat fields. It is peaceful and quiet and nature abounds. Marlin is in central Wa. and it is considered high desert with four seasons. If you would like to trade driving in traffic for open roads with astounding wildlife, this might be the place you have been dreaming about. I find beauty in the old deserted homes and barns that only appear to be a shell that are scattered along the roads, knowing there are stories to tell about the families that once lived there.

What I Am Looking For
Would love to find someone to live here year around, though I only need someone for the main care- taking duties from April 15th to the end of October. The rest of the year, you might be called upon if there is an emergency, so I want someone willing to be available for that. To be needed is unusual on the off months. During the care-taking time, I ask 10 hours a week. I will try and accommodate your schedule. I have a small tiny home community here. I am on 2 acres and I have 2 tiny homes that are rentals.
